Description

This Push Button and Rotary Switch Lockout prohibits access to a switch or control. The cover fits both 30.5mm and 22.5mm diameter switches and accommodates buttons up to 1-9/16 inches (40mm) diameter and 1-3/4 inches (44mm) tall. The Device is captured by the rotary or push button switch and features a clear base and cover to allow visibility of name plates and labels. Apply a Lockout Padlock to secure the device and avoid unauthorized startup of energy source.
