Upgrade non-Sena Industrial Bluetooth headsets such as AirPods or Google Pixel buds with Mesh Intercom capabilities using Sena’s MeshPort Blue adapters. Start communicating instantly with Sena Industrial Mesh headsets such as Tufftalk M or other brands of Mesh intercom headsets that support Bluetooth 5.0.
MeshPort Blue allows users to connect any other brand of generic Bluetooth headset to the Mesh network. MeshPort Blue is designed for use with a single set of headsets and has a range of 0.8 km (0.5 miles). MeshPort Blue is ideal for industrial applications where you want to upgrade your existing headset or allow people to use their own headset to communicate in the workplace or work area with crystal clarity.
MESH INTERCOM CAPABILITY WITH YOUR OWN HEADSET
MeshPort Blue allows you to connect to more powerful Mesh Intercoms from Sena Industrial such as the Tufftalk M. By allowing users to deploy their own lightweight Bluetooth 5.0 headsets, earplugs or earmuffs, they can benefit from the expansion of more powerful Mesh Intercom capabilities. There is no need to use other headsets when workers can use their own headsets in the work environment.
LIGHTWEIGHT BUT WITH MORE CAPACITY
MeshPort Blue is lightweight, weighing just over 60g., but has a range of up to 800m. in open terrain, which is ideal for small to medium-sized jobs. Talk time is up to 8 hours with a standby time of 250 hours. Mesh Intercom (Open Mesh) capabilities can extend the range up to 3km between a minimum of 6 users on a single channel. And channels can be adjusted from 1 to 9 in the MeshPort app to support larger teams on the jobsite or shop floor.
HANDS-FREE OPERATION FOR LIGHTWEIGHT WORK SETTINGS
As workers use lightweight headsets other than Sena, provided by the company or their own gear, they can perform tasks on the jobsite more freely and safely while connected to other team members via the Mesh intercom network.
