Description

The FLASH model is a protective glove for firefighters, developed for firefighting, where the focus is on technical assistance.
The glove offers safe and pleasant wearing comfort thanks to its fire-resistant black calfskin. In addition, the Needlona® thermal protection felt acts as thermal insulation and protects the glove from thermal stress.
FLASH shows its strengths, especially when technical assistance is the main focus: the robust, heat-resistant leather provides optimal protection against mechanical risks and guarantees a long service life.
- Palm and back made of fire-resistant black calfskin, leather thickness approx. 1.3/1.5 mm
- Cuff made of split leather, leather thickness approx. 1.4 mm
- Eurotex insert as moisture barrier (PU membrane)
- Needlona® thermal insulation felt made of 100% para-aramid as thermal insulation, Needlona®KR122 in the palm (approx. 120 g/m²), Needlona KR92 (approx. 90 g/m²) on the back and in the cuff
- Knitted para-aramid fabric as additional insulation in the hand area (approx. 200 g/m²)
- Cuff insulation made of 70% Nomex® / 30% viscose FR, grey melange, (approx. 175 g/m²)
- 3M reflective strips (yellow/silver/yellow) on the back of the gloves
- Reversible Velcro closure at cuff entrance
- Carabiner and lanyard hole
